Chapters 10 & 11: Lipids!!! & Membranes!!!!

Due to technical problems (with the interwebs :) ), I only have the one video for chapter 10 (on lipids) at this time.

Chapter 11 videos can be found below.  Please note that the PC version of ExplainEverything caused the video to "blur" for a few minutes around the 12-minute mark on the first video; however, the sound is fine and the video comes back on later.
